First Day of School:
Jacob had Ms. Rose for 3rd grade, which was who I also had for 3rd grade, in the same room and everything!
Packing Meals for Haiti:
Bodie's b-day party:
Dinner at Chews:
Pajama Christmas party at school:
I got to be Jacob's room mom for Christmas, and Grandma Teresa came to help me. It was such a crazy day - we did 4 parties in one day!
Just after Jacob's 9th b-day... getting taller!

He had so many writing assignments that showed how emotional the quarantine was for the kids:
Getting ready for a little baseball:
Rec league was canceled due to Corona, but the Cobras were able to play five games this summer. Honestly, even just the practice with his friends was good for him:
We went for milkshakes on Landon's b-day. He was having a rough day:
Uncle Jordan sent these to Jacob in the mail. He knows more about gaming than we do:
My handsome 3rd baseman. He made some great plays this summer. Everyone was impressed with him at 3rd base. His coach says it just comes so naturally to him:
TWICE we had to be in Terre Haute at 6:30 am, which meant getting up at 4:30 am... Yes, I realize how absolutely RIDICULOUS this is... But it was the situation.... and we made the sacrifice.
4th of July Fireworks:
Breakfast AFTER a ballgame:
We hardly ever get this kid to ourselves:
Wiped out:
Jacob has about 10 friends show up at our house EVERY SINGLE DAY. We mostly love it! Haha! We go through a lot of food...
Jacob will probably never forget his 3rd grade year, or at least the way it ended. We left school on March 13th having NO IDEA that we would not be back until the following year. We were supposed to have a musical THAT NIGHT that never happened! The Corona quarantine changed everything. A little baseball was the bright spot in our summer and brought a bit of normalcy back to our lives!
