Easter

 

Easter was another really weird event this year, due to the Corona Virus.  Even though we had been in quarantine for a month, everyone was still too scared to get together.  So, we had our own celebration this year, with just the six of us.  I made a huge lunch:

The Ladies of Catlin did an egg hunt in everybody's yards since we could not have a community hunt this year!

The school did a drive-by Easter Bunny visit:

Papa Steve brought chocolate bunnies:

What a weird year!  Again, I hope next year is back to normal!

Aleah's 6th Birthday Party, Corona Style!

We had to get creative this year for Aleah's 6th birthday because our state was under a stay-at-home order due to the Corona virus.  We decided to have a "drive-by" birthday parade, and it ended up being so much fun!  About 75 of our family and friends drove by to wish Aleah a Happy Birthday!  They are all the best and made it a really fun day for her!  Pictured above are some awesome balloons we got for the porch from Floral 'n Flair.  

 We set up a little photo backdrop by the garage for kids who stopped by for a goodie bag:

  

  The Catlin Fire Department offered to visit every kid's house who celebrated their birthday in quarantine!  They started the birthday parade!!

 The Rancurets came in a decorated van!

 The Sudlows came by in their golf cart!

The Liggetts drove by on their lawnmower!

 

 The grandparents watched the festivities from the yard:

 Uncle Art & Aunt Letha came from Danville in their new car!

 Aleah got so many fun gifts, I couldn't keep track!

 The Downings had a decked-out SUV!  It was so fun that Lincoln got to come to the party!  We haven't seen him much during his chemo treatments:

 

 Silly string!  It was hard not to get too close to our families we hadn't seen in weeks!

  The Chew crew came by in COLD SHOULDER SHIRTS that spelled Aleah's name because Aleah loves cold shoulder shirts!!!  AND they got her 2 cold shoulder shirts for her gift!

 It was such a great day!  

We felt so blessed and so loved by all of our family and friends.
