Annual visit to Brooks Pumpkin Patch!

Hazel was with us:

Like everything else, Halloween was a bit different this year due to Covid.  Hannah was actually on day 10 of a quarantine from an exposure in her school carpool, but by Halloween, we had kept her separated from the from the family and tested negative, so we decided that we were clear to trick-or-treat.  A few days later, the quarantine time was changed to 10 days (it had been 14).  

Steak 'n Shake did free milkshakes for the kids:

Papa Steve stopped by Grandpa Ed's & Grandma Teresa's.  None of us went inside for our normal chili night due to Hannah's quarantine.

My 38th Birthday!

 

Josh took me to The Farm & Company to celebrate my 38th birthday!

He got me this cool soap I wanted from Tokyo Disney.  It pumps out Mickey shaped foam:

All of our other plans with family were canceled due to potential Covid exposures.  They all turned out to be nothing, but I guess it was better to be safe than sorry.  It was sad and disappointing (as were most birthdays in 2020), but at least I still had a fun day with my husband and kids!
