Jacob had a fun, final year of rec league baseball! (He could technically play one more year, but the Cobras boys decided just doing that would be enough next year. And all the parents with multiple kids playing agree, haha!)
They got 3rd place for the season and 2nd place in the tournament! It was nice to have some tougher competition this year!

These guys played an incredible two games today! We had to play the two teams who beat us in the regular season. We won the semifinal game against Hoopeston, 10-5. Then we lost the championship game, 3-2, to a really tough Rossville team on a close play at the plate in the bottom of the 6th. They played great, and I am so proud of them. Go Country!
