This was a super fun Halloween. The kids picked our theme (Mario) before last year's Halloween had even happened! We didn't even know if Lucas was a boy or girl, and they said, "the baby can be toad." I wasn't so sure I loved that idea for a baby's first costume, but in the end, I thought it was hilarious and fun. We're usually too busy at Trunk or Treat to host a trunk but it worked out well this year:
