We had lots of fall fun this October. We got to go to LOTS of different pumpkin patches in just a few short weeks! First we went to Curtis Orchard with Josh's parents for my b-day:
The kids loved their apple doughnuts:
They got to ride the ponies:
And play on the playground, do the hayride, putt putt golf, slide on the big slides, etc.
We picked pumpkins and got lots of goodies from the store (apples, apple butter, kettle corn, etc.).
A few days later, we went to Negangards with my mom, Emily, Madelyn, and Owen.
We loaded up on some (good priced!) pumpkins:
While Josh and I were in Chicago for the Cubs game, Uncle Paul and Aunt Alisa got really brave and took 5 kids to Radar Pumpkin patch, including 3 one year olds. I think they were exhausted!
We got to go to the Homecoming Parade in Catlin. Jacob's candy load:
We went to the Fall Festival in Danville and got some goodies:
Finally, I helped take care of the Ugandan Children's Choir when they were here in October. We made them lunch one day, and then the next day, we took them on a fall field trip to Hardy's Reindeer Ranch. We had a wienie roast:
We went on a corn maze:
We saw the reindeer:
We rode pedal cars:
Jacob was really excited that he and daddy found all of the stops in the corn maze!
We also got to do a hayride. The next day, we got to see the choir perform at our church, and they were amazing!!! We were lucky to have so many beautiful fall days!
