Lucas is already two months old! He is a very good baby! This is good because having four kids is proving to be a lot of work! Here are some highlights of our first two months:
This is the right when he got home from the hospital. I got him this cute coming home outfit:
Our first night at home with four kids:
His cute little newborn sleeper from Sandy:
Sunday lunch at Papa and Grandma's; yes, of course we were there at 5 days old!
We don't like missing our Sundays together!
Look at all of that hair! He still has a lot at two months, but it doesn't look as thick.
I don't know if he's lost some or if his head is just getting bigger!
Daddy studying his new boy's face:
Lucas had a little jaundice so daddy took him for a walk in the sun while mommy went to vote.
It was such a warm early March day (in the 70s)!
We joked about this being Lucas' nursery. I guess this is as good as it gets for #4. He does have a changing table and dresser in Jacob's room though. Maybe Aleah will give up the crib soon.
The kids love taking turns holding him:
Let's just say Lucas did not enjoy his first bath at home:
Aww, but didn't he look so pretty afterwards:
Passed out with mommy:
He spent his first two months sleeping on mommy, literally 24 hours a day. At night, we slept in the recliner together. During the day, he hung out in this baby carrier, which I love! Great bonding time; I love my boy!
TWO babies sleeping on me! Best feeling ever!
So cute I can't stop taking pictures:
First bathtub bath not that much better:
Looking like his mama here, I think:
That little face...
Meeting Great Grandma Reeves:
One Month Old!!!
Hanging with Great Aunt Becky:
Cousin Megan got us this awesome baby gift:
Jacob was really helpful holding Lucas while I tried to get us ready to go places:
Our favorite way to hang:
Luke & Leah:
Lucas has NOT taken to the paci. Aleah was successful with him for a few minutes one day:
Cute outfit from Grandma Teresa:
Haha, I did not pose him...
All day, every day for months:
He's really good at putting himself to sleep. Sometimes tummy time wears him out:
And just like that he's 2 months old already!
At two months, Lucas was over 12 lbs., and was just beginning to smile, roll over, and sleep through the night--about 8 hours before waking, which usually still means one very early morning feeding (4 am) but I'm not complaining!
