Aleah's 5th/6th Month

This picture is from the 4th of July, when Aleah was less than 3 months old, but I just got it from my dad, and I loved her expression, so I had to post it!  I love her little face!

Grandma Jody got the girls some matching clothes!  That can be hard in 6-12 months and size 7!  

Aleah surprised us and got her first two teeth at 4 1/2 months!  

She gives her daddy big grins and says, "dadadadada."  She will often repeat it back to us.  

She's almost sitting up on her own.  She has a few times but is still wobbly!

The kids still adore her!

I recently brought up her swing in a moment of desperation, and she enjoyed it!  We don't use it much, but it has helped me a few times!

She often sleeps in this exact position.  She goes to sleep on her own, and as soon as I say her in her ctib, she will turn her head to the left and look up and put her hands up just like this.  

I would not say that Aleah is a difficult baby, but I wouldn't say she's been my easiest either.  She still gets up once pretty much every single night.  And every couple of weeks, she'll have a night where she's up every couple of hours.  Hannah and Jacob slept through the night much, much earlier!  She does like to be held during the day, which honestly, for the most part I don't mind.  But sometimes it makes things tough!  She does nap well 2-3 times a day and goes to sleep on her own.  So no complaints here!  I love the baby stage and wouldn't trade it for anything!
