Chuck E Cheese & Nativity!

A few weeks before Christmas, the kids and I got to head over to Springfield for the day to hang out with Jennifer and her kids (minus Grace, who was at school). Hannah is still asking about when she'll get to play with Faith again!
The kids had a great day at Chuck E Cheese.  I had never been to the Springfield one, but I was impressed with it.  It seemed really clean, and it was really empty, so that was good.  Plus, the customer service was so good, I've been feeling guilty for not writing them a letter of praise!  I wish I had gotten that nice man's name...

The girls were very excited about putting all of their tickets into the ticket counter!!  The boys wanted to do it too... I was half afraid they were going to lose a finger in it (ok, not really, but they did want to put their fingers in where the tickets go...).
Jenn and I had lots of time to talk, as the kids were pretty occupied, which was great!  And, as a bonus, we got our new nativity set that Jenn and Jeremy made as a fundraiser for their adoption!!!  I got a couple sets for special Christmas gifts too.  They are so cute and something I would totally buy anyway, but the fact that the money is going to such a great cause makes them that much more special.  I can't wait to know the "end of the story"... I'm sure I will think of that special child every time I get out my Christmas decorations!
PS-If you are interested in ordering a set, I can get you connected to Jenn!
