Even though Aleah was born just a week before Easter, we managed to do a few Easter traditions:
Coloring Eggs!
Aunt Betsy helped while Grandma Teresa held Aleah!
Easter Egg Hunt at Church!
Aleah's first outing!
The Easter Bunny filled Easter (& Halloween) baskets with things that the kids needed for spring/summer.
The Easter Bunny brought Aleah bunny ears and Reese's at Grandma Teresa's and Papa Ed's.
I think the Reese's are for her mom!
Hannah and Jacob got Easter bags!
The Easter Bunny came to Grandma Jody's too!
And there was an egg hunt in the yard!
My nephew Liam can't wait to hunt eggs next year!
Hannah and Jacob made out well! They hunted eggs in their jammies!
Aleah got some fun things too!
Papa Steve brought chocolate bunnies and diapers and Uncle John and Aunt Becky brought baskets with clothes for all of the kids too! And the kids had egg hunts at preschool and Thursday school, so there is no shortage of Easter candy in this house! I had a little mommy guilt over missing the library Easter party, and we never made it to see the Easter Bunny, but I think we did alright, all things considered!
