For Lucas' 6th birthday, we combined two of his loves: Mario & bowling!
We rented a few lanes at Old Orchard and invited all of the cousins to come bowl:

On Lucas' birthday, McDonald's came out with Mario Happy Meals! We went right after school:
A few weeks later, he bought this display with his birthday money!

He was insistent that in kindergarten, you HAVE to take cupcakes with rings in them, haha, so that is what I made:
Grandma and Papa had a celebration for him as well. Chocolate cake and spaghetti, his request!
