Aleah-Month 3 & 4

Aleah's third and fourth months were eventful:

Great Grandma Janet got to hold Aleah for the first time.

Her head has gotten really strong.  She can sit in her Bumbo alone!

Hannah still loves her but struggles with being calm and gentle at times.

She's had lots of tummy time.

She went swimming for the first time at the Sanders pool and then Sholem pool also.
She mostly napped at both places though.

She cuddled with mom lots.

The boys put together her crib so she could start sleeping in her room.

She started staying in her room at 4 months.  She still gets up once a night, sometimes twice.  But she's good about eating and then going back to sleep.

She got to meet her Great Grandpa and Grandma Reeves who were in town from Florida!

Aunt Courtney got her some cute new clothes!

She loves the mobile mommy found at a rummage sale!

We finally got her room looking like a nursery with a splash of Hannah :)

Dash's First Birthday

Josh's cousin's' son, Dash, turned one at the beginning of August!  This is just the beginning of our first birthday party tour.  In less than a year, we'll celebrate Dash, Liam, Madelyn, Aleah, and Hazel all turning one year old.  How fun is that?

 Aleah had fun hanging out with some extended family that she doesn't see often! 

Homer Lake

The kids and I went for a picnic/play day at Homer Lake Park.  I had been wanting to check it out for a long time.  We had great weather and a fun day.  I'm glad we took time to check it out.  We will go back!

Indiana Dunes

We had not seen the Gorsch family in nearly two years, so we made plans to meet at the Indiana Dunes.  We had never been, and we thought it was great!  I can't believe we've never been there.  It was only about 2 1/2 hours away, so it was doable to go for the day!  The weather was perfect; the kids had a blast; and we loved catching up with Marc and Kristina!
