CASA Ball

Hannah and I had a date at the end of July at the CASA Ball.  I left Jacob and Aleah with Josh; that may be the last time I get to do that for awhile as Aleah refused to eat.

We ran into some friends there: Madi, Michelle, & Olivia!

The cookies were big and delicious, and it's a good thing because that was basically our dinner!

It was a great night! 

Decatur Zoo with Humistons

Jennifer and I met at the Decatur Zoo with our 7 children!  We had a great day with great weather, and it was all free!

Unfortunately, Aleah messed up my favorite outfit of hers, and then I accidentally threw away the plastic bag that I wrapped it up in!  I was majorly bummed about this.  Also, Jennifer lost her favorite scarf at the zoo.  It was a bad day for losing things.

 

Jennifer and I both had new "babies" since we last saw one another.  I love this picture of David and Aleah because we prayed for these two a TON over the last year or two!  And here they are, happy and healthy!!

4th of July

The Fourth of July was especially fun this year because all of my siblings came home!  We had fun with baby girls in red, white, and blue!

We made festive Jell-O cups!

Josh got the kids some sparklers and other small fireworks.

My sisters and I headed to Champaign for fireworks with our families:

Aleah was actually interested in the fireworks.  I was surprised she watched them since she usually sleeps through everything, but they did seem to excite her!
